Clinical Supervision for Social Workers (LICSW/LCSW Track)
At Healing Body and Mind Therapy, LLC, I offer clinical supervision for MSW-level clinicians working toward independent licensure (LICSW/LCSW) and early-career therapists seeking guidance and support as they grow in their clinical work.
Supervision is more than meeting a requirement—it’s a space to build confidence, strengthen your skills, and develop your identity as a clinician.
Who I Work With
I provide supervision for:
• MSW-level clinicians working toward LICSW/LCSW
• Early-career therapists seeking guidance, structure, and support

My Approach to Supervision
My supervision style is supportive, structured, and growth-focused. I integrate:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Trauma-informed care
• Strengths-based and solution-focused approaches
In supervision, we will focus on:
• Case conceptualization and treatment planning
• Practical, evidence-based interventions
• Ethical decision-making and boundaries
• Building confidence in your clinical voice
This is a non-judgmental and supportive space where you can openly discuss challenges, ask questions, and continue developing your clinical skills.
What You’ll Gain
Through supervision, you will:
• Strengthen your clinical skills and interventions
• Build confidence in sessions and clinical decision-making
• Learn how to effectively support clients with anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
• Develop your own therapeutic style and clinical voice
• Gain support navigating early-career challenges
• Receive clinical supervision hours required toward LICSW/LCSW licensure (in accordance with Massachusetts requirements)
• Develop a stronger understanding of clinical documentation, case conceptualization, and ethical standards required for independent practice
• Build competence in meeting professional and licensing expectations for independent clinical work
Supervision that not only helps you meet requirements—but prepares you to practice with confidence independently.
